[376] For whomever, wherever, wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) did not arise, will indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) not cease for that one there? They will cease. Or, for whomever, wherever, indeterminate phenomena will not cease, did wholesome phenomena not arise for that one there? They did arise.
