[377] For whomever, wherever, unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) have never arisen, will indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) not cease for that one, there?
They will cease.
Or, for whomever, wherever, indeterminate phenomena will not cease, have unwholesome phenomena never arisen for that one, there?
