[1152] A phenomenon (dhamma) associated (sampayutta) with pleasant feeling (sukhā vedanā) is a condition for a phenomenon associated with pleasant feeling by predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya): object-predominance (ārammaṇādhipati), conascence-predominance (sahajātādhipati).
Object-predominance: Having given a gift (dāna), undertaken virtue (sīla), and performed the uposatha observance (uposathakamma) with a mind (citta) associated with pleasant feeling, one esteems that and reviews it with a mind associated with pleasant feeling. Having emerged from a jhāna associated with pleasant feeling, having emerged from a path (magga), having emerged from a fruition (phala), one esteems that and reviews it with a mind associated with pleasant feeling.
