[1421] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is neither clung-to nor subject to clinging (anupādinna-anupādāniya) and a phenomenon that is not clung-to but subject to clinging (anupādinnupādāniya), a phenomenon that is not clung-to but subject to clinging arises by root condition (hetu-paccaya).
Dependent on the aggregates that are neither clung-to nor subject to clinging and on the primary elements (mahābhūta), mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna rūpa) arises.
