[1481] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is not clung to and not conducive to clinging (anupādinna-anupādāniya) is a condition for a phenomenon that is not clung to but conducive to clinging (anupādinnupādāniya) by root condition (hetu-paccaya). Namely: roots (hetū) that are not clung to and not conducive to clinging are a condition for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by root condition.
