[1009] A phenomenon whose root is to be abandoned by development (bhāvanāya-pahātabbahetuka) and a phenomenon (dhammā) whose root is to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (neva-dassanena-na-bhāvanāya-pahātabbahetuka) are a condition for a phenomenon whose root is to be abandoned by development by way of object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya); a condition by way of connascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya); a condition by way of decisive-support condition (upanissaya-paccaya).
Here too the connascent (sahajātaṃ) and the prenascent (purejātaṃ) are present — whatever mixed questions (missakapañhā) there are.
