[1091] A phenomenon (dhamma) leading to dispersion (apacayagāmī) is a condition (paccaya) for a phenomenon leading to accumulation (ācayagāmī) by way of object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya):
Trainees (sekkhā), having emerged from the path (magga), review the path. By the knowledge encompassing the minds of others (cetopariyañāṇa) they know the mind (citta) of one possessed of a mind leading to dispersion.
Aggregates (khandhā) leading to dispersion are a condition for the knowledge encompassing the minds of others, for the knowledge of the recollection of past lives (pubbenivāsānussati-ñāṇa), and for the knowledge of the future (anāgataṃsa-ñāṇa), by way of object condition.
