[1693] A phenomenon (dhamma) fixed in rightness (sammattaniyata) is a condition for an unfixed phenomenon (aniyata) by way of object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya).
The noble ones, having emerged from the path, review the path.
By the knowledge penetrating the minds of others (cetopariyañāṇa), they know the mind (citta) of one endowed with a mind fixed in rightness.
Aggregates (khandhā) fixed in rightness are a condition for the knowledge penetrating the minds of others, for the knowledge of the recollection of past lives (pubbenivāsānussatiñāṇa), for the knowledge of the future (anāgataṃsañāṇa), and for adverting (āvajjanā), by way of object condition.
