[1092] A phenomenon (dhamma) leading to dis-accumulation is a condition for a phenomenon that is neither leading to accumulation nor leading to dis-accumulation, by way of object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya).
An Arahant, having emerged from the path, reviews the path; with the knowledge of penetration of the minds of others (cetopariyañāṇa), he knows the mind (citta) of one possessed of a mind leading to dis-accumulation.
Aggregates (khandhā) leading to dis-accumulation are a condition for the knowledge of penetration of the minds of others, for the knowledge of reminiscence of past lives (pubbenivāsānussati-ñāṇa), for knowledge of the future (anāgataṃsa-ñāṇa), and for adverting (āvajjana), by way of object condition.
