[1214] Dependent on a neither-trainee-nor-non-trainee (nevasekkhanāsekkha) phenomenon (dhamma), a neither-trainee-nor-non-trainee phenomenon arises, not by root condition (na-hetupaccayā): Dependent on one rootless (ahetuka) neither-trainee-nor-non-trainee aggregate (khandha), three aggregates and mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhānarūpa) … two aggregates. At the moment of rootless rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), dependent on the aggregates, the base (vatthu); dependent on the base, the aggregates. Dependent on one great primary element (mahābhūta); external … nutriment (āhāra) … temperature (utu) … for the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā) … Dependent on the eye base (cakkhāyatana) … dependent on the body base, body-consciousness (kāyaviññāṇa). Dependent on the base, the rootless neither-trainee-nor-non-trainee aggregates. Dependent on the aggregates accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā), accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca), and on the base, delusion (moha) accompanied by doubt, accompanied by restlessness. Dependent on a trainee (sekkha) phenomenon, a neither-trainee-nor-non-trainee phenomenon … not by object condition (na-ārammaṇapaccayā).
