[1695] A not-fixed phenomenon (aniyata dhamma) is a condition for a phenomenon fixed in wrongness (micchattaniyata dhamma) by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya):
The material life faculty (rūpajīvitindriya) is a condition for the kamma of matricide, for the kamma of patricide, for the kamma of killing an Arahant, and for the kamma of shedding (a Tathāgata's) blood by object condition.
The base (vatthu) by misapprehending which the aggregates (khandhā) fixed in wrongness arise for one — that base is a condition for the aggregates fixed in wrongness by object condition.
