[1976] A phenomenon (dhamma) with a future object (anāgatārammaṇa) is a condition for a phenomenon with a future object by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya).
One reviews future knowledge (ñāṇa) of the modes of supernormal power (iddhividhañāṇa) that has a future object; knowledge penetrating the minds of others (cetopariyañāṇa) … knowledge of the future (anāgataṃsañāṇa) … One sees with insight future aggregates (khandhā) with future objects as impermanent …, finds gratification in them, and delights in them; taking that as basis, lust (rāga) with a future object … grief arises.
Future aggregates with future objects are a condition for knowledge penetrating the minds of others, for knowledge of the future, and for adverting (āvajjana), by object condition.
