[210] A phenomenon (dhamma) without thought-conception and with mere discursive thought (avitakka-vicāramatta) is a condition, by connascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya), both for a phenomenon without thought-conception and with mere discursive thought and for a phenomenon without thought-conception and without discursive thought (avitakka-avicāra).
