[212] A phenomenon (dhamma) without thought-conception and without discursive thought (avitakka-avicāra) is a condition for a phenomenon with thought-conception and with discursive thought (savitakka-savicāra) by connascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya).
At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), the base (vatthu) is a condition for the aggregates (khandhā) with thought-conception and with discursive thought by connascence condition.
