[247] A phenomenon (dhamma) with thought-conception (vitakka) and discursive thought (vicāra) and a phenomenon without thought-conception and without discursive thought are a condition for a phenomenon without thought-conception, having discursive thought only, by mutuality condition (aññamañña-paccaya).
At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), the aggregates (khandha) with thought-conception and discursive thought and the base (vatthu) are a condition for thought-conception by mutuality condition.
