[251] A phenomenon (dhamma) without thought-conception but with mere discursive thought (avitakka-vicāramatta) and a phenomenon without thought-conception and without discursive thought (avitakka-avicāra) are a condition for a phenomenon without thought-conception and without discursive thought by mutuality condition (aññamañña-paccaya).
At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), the aggregates (khandhā) without thought-conception but with mere discursive thought, and discursive thought (vicāra), are a condition for the base (vatthu) by mutuality condition.
