[337] A phenomenon without thought-conception, with only discursive thought (avitakka-vicāramatta dhamma), is a condition for a phenomenon without thought-conception and without discursive thought (avitakka-avicāra dhamma) by kamma condition (kamma-paccaya): conascent (sahajāta), asynchronous (nānākhaṇika).
Conascent: volition (cetanā) without thought-conception, with only discursive thought, is a condition for discursive thought (vicāra) and for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by kamma condition. At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi-kkhaṇa), volition without thought-conception, with only discursive thought, is a condition for the resultant (vipāka) discursive thought and for kamma-born forms (kaṭattā-rūpa) by kamma condition.
Asynchronous: volition without thought-conception, with only discursive thought, is a condition for the resultant discursive thought and for kamma-born forms by kamma condition.
