[581] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned by development (bhāvanā) and a phenomenon to be abandoned neither by seeing (dassana) nor by development, a phenomenon to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development arises by root condition (hetu-paccaya): dependent on the aggregates (khandhā) to be abandoned by development and the primary elements (mahābhūta), mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) [arises].
