[799] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) with roots to be abandoned by seeing (dassanena-pahātabbahetuka) and on a phenomenon with roots to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (nevadassanena-nabhāvanāya-pahātabbahetuka), a phenomenon with roots to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development arises, not by prenascence condition (na-purejāta-paccaya).
Namely: in the immaterial plane (arūpa), three aggregates (khandha) dependent on one aggregate accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā) and on delusion (moha).
Dependent on a phenomenon with roots to be abandoned by seeing and on a phenomenon with roots to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development, a phenomenon with roots to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development …
