[800] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) with roots to be abandoned by development (bhāvanāya-pahātabbahetuka) and a phenomenon with roots to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (neva-dassanena-na-bhāvanāya-pahātabbahetuka), there arises a phenomenon with roots to be abandoned by development — not by prenascence condition (na purejāta-paccayā). These two also should be done.
