[932] A phenomenon (dhamma) with roots to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development is a condition, by decisive-support condition (upanissaya-paccaya), both for a phenomenon with roots to be abandoned by seeing and for a phenomenon with roots to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development: proximity decisive support (anantarūpanissaya) and natural decisive support (pakatūpanissaya). Natural decisive support: faith (saddhā) … wisdom (paññā), bodily pleasure (kāyikaṃ sukhaṃ), bodily pain (kāyikaṃ dukkhaṃ), lodging (senāsana) … and delusion (moha) are a condition, by decisive-support condition, for the aggregates (khandhā) accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā) and for delusion.
