Paccanīyapaṭṭhāna

[94] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) with thought and examination (savitakka-savicāra) and on a phenomenon without thought, with examination only (avitakka-vicāramatta), there arises a phenomenon with thought and examination: by not-dissociation condition (na-vippayutta-paccaya). In the immaterial [plane] (arūpe), dependent on one aggregate with thought and examination and on thought (vitakka), three aggregates [arise]; dependent on two aggregates and on thought, two aggregates [arise].
