[386] A phenomenon (dhamma) associated with taints (āsava) is a condition for a phenomenon associated with taints by predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya): object-predominance (ārammaṇādhipati) and conascence-predominance (sahajātādhipati).
Object-predominance: having esteemed (garuṃ katvā) aggregates (khandhā) associated with taints, aggregates associated with taints arise. Conascence-predominance: a predominance associated with taints is a condition for the associated aggregates by predominance condition.
A phenomenon associated with taints is a condition for a phenomenon dissociated from taints by predominance condition: conascence-predominance: a predominance associated with taints is a condition for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by predominance condition; a predominance accompanied by grief (domanassa) is a condition for delusion (moha) and for mind-originated forms by predominance condition.
