[712] A phenomenon (dhamma) associated with misapprehension (parāmāsa) is a condition for a phenomenon associated with misapprehension by predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya): object-predominance (ārammaṇādhipati) and conascence-predominance (sahajātādhipati).
Object-predominance: Having given weight to lust (rāga), one relishes and delights in it; having given weight to that, lust arises. Having given weight to aggregates (khandha) associated with misapprehension, one relishes and delights in them; having given weight to that, lust arises.
Conascence-predominance: The predominant factor associated with misapprehension is a condition for the associated aggregates by predominance condition.
A phenomenon associated with misapprehension is a condition for a phenomenon dissociated from misapprehension by predominance condition: object-predominance and conascence-predominance.
Object-predominance: Having given weight to aggregates associated with misapprehension, one relishes and delights in them; having given weight to that, lust dissociated from misapprehension arises.
Conascence-predominance: The predominant factor associated with misapprehension is a condition for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by predominance condition.
