[623] A phenomenon (dhamma) having roots to be abandoned by seeing (dassanena pahātabbahetuka) is a condition, by predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya), for a phenomenon having roots to be abandoned by seeing: object-predominance (ārammaṇādhipati), conascence-predominance (sahajātādhipati).
Object-predominance: having esteemed (garuṃ katvā) aggregates (khandhā) having roots to be abandoned by seeing, aggregates having roots to be abandoned by seeing arise.
Conascence-predominance: the predominance having roots to be abandoned by seeing is a condition, by predominance condition, for the associated (sampayuttaka) aggregates.
