[658] A phenomenon with thought (savitakko dhammo) is a condition for a phenomenon with thought by predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya): object-predominance (ārammaṇādhipati), conascence-predominance (sahajātādhipati).
Object-predominance: having given weight to aggregates (khandhā) with thought, aggregates with thought arise.
Conascence-predominance: a predominant [dhamma] (adhipati) with thought is a condition for the associated (sampayuttaka) aggregates by predominance condition.
A phenomenon with thought is a condition for a phenomenon without thought (avitakka) by predominance condition: object-predominance, conascence-predominance.
Object-predominance: having given weight to aggregates with thought, thought (vitakka) arises.
Conascence-predominance: a predominant [dhamma] with thought is a condition for thought and for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhānā rūpā) by predominance condition.
A phenomenon with thought is a condition for a phenomenon with thought and for a phenomenon without thought by predominance condition: object-predominance, conascence-predominance.
Object-predominance: having given weight to aggregates with thought, aggregates with thought and thought arise.

Nibbāna is a condition for the path without thought, for fruition, and for thought by predominance condition. The eye (cakkhu) … the base (vatthu) … having given weight to aggregates without thought and to thought, they relish them and delight in them; having given weight to that, thought arises.
Conascence-predominance: a predominant [dhamma] without thought is a condition for the associated aggregates and for mind-originated forms by predominance condition. Having given weight to aggregates without thought and to thought, thought arises.
