[1834] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) without conflict (araṇa) that is to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by mental development (neva-dassanena-na-bhāvanāya-pahātabba), there arises a phenomenon without conflict that is to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by mental development — by root condition (hetu-paccaya).
