[1456] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not misapprehension (na-parāmāsa) and is not without conflict (na-araṇa), a phenomenon that is misapprehension (parāmāsa) and is accompanied by conflict (saraṇa) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
