[574] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) not cognizable by some [consciousness] (kenacinaviññeyya) that is invisible and impinging (anidassanasappaṭigha), a phenomenon that is not not-cognizable by some [consciousness] (na-kenacinaviññeyya) and is not visible and impinging (na-sanidassanasappaṭigha) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
