[12] Bhikkhus, an act of censure (tajjanīyakamma) possessed of three further factors is an act that is not in accordance with the Dhamma, not in accordance with the Vinaya, and badly settled: it is done for an offence (āpatti) that has already been confessed; it is done not in accordance with the Dhamma; it is done by an incomplete assembly (vagga).
Bhikkhus, an act of censure possessed of these three factors is an act that is not in accordance with the Dhamma, not in accordance with the Vinaya, and badly settled.
