[141] Bhikkhus, an act of reconciliation (paṭisāraṇīyakamma) possessed of three further factors is an illegitimate act (adhammakamma), an act contrary to the discipline (avinayakamma), and one badly settled: it is done where there is no offence (āpatti); it is done not in accordance with the Dhamma; it is done by an incomplete assembly (vagga). Bhikkhus, an act of reconciliation possessed of these three factors is an illegitimate act, an act contrary to the discipline, and one badly settled.
