Pabbājanīyakaṁ

[124] Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses eight factors, the act of banishment (pabbājanīyakamma) should not be revoked: he suspends the Uposatha of a regular bhikkhu (pakatatta); he suspends the Pavāraṇā; he issues a formal injunction (savacanīya); he initiates an accusation (anuvāda); he has leave granted (okāsa); he accuses; he reminds; he joins bhikkhus in disputes with bhikkhus. Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses these eight factors, the act of banishment should not be revoked. The set of eighteen cases in which the act of banishment should not be revoked is concluded.
