[138] Bhikkhus, an act of reconciliation (paṭisāraṇīyakamma) possessed of three further factors is an act not in accordance with the Dhamma, an act not in accordance with the Vinaya, and one badly settled: it is done in the absence [of the party concerned]; it is done not in accordance with the Dhamma; it is done by an incomplete assembly (vagga).
