[137] Bhikkhus, an act of reconciliation (paṭisāraṇīyakamma) possessing three further factors is an act not in accordance with the Dhamma, an act not in accordance with the Vinaya, and one badly settled: it is done without having accused him; it is done without having made him recall; it is done without having charged him with the offense.
