Paṭisāraṇīyakamma

[137] Bhikkhus, an act of reconciliation (paṭisāraṇīyakamma) possessing three further factors is an act not in accordance with the Dhamma, an act not in accordance with the Vinaya, and one badly settled: it is done without having accused him; it is done without having made him recall; it is done without having charged him with the offense. Bhikkhus, an act of reconciliation possessing these three factors is an act not in accordance with the Dhamma, an act not in accordance with the Vinaya, and one badly settled.
