[312] Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu is possessed of five factors, the act of suspension (ukkhepanīyakamma) for not relinquishing an evil view should not be revoked: he gives full ordination (upasampadā); he gives dependence (nissaya); he has a novice (sāmaṇera) attend upon him; he accepts appointment as instructor of bhikkhunīs; and even though appointed, he instructs bhikkhunīs. Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu is possessed of these five factors, the act of suspension for not relinquishing an evil view should not be revoked.
