[5] Bhikkhus, an act of censure (tajjanīyakamma) possessed of three further factors is an act not in accordance with the Dhamma, an act not in accordance with the Vinaya, and one badly settled: it is done for no offence (āpatti); it is done for an offence not leading to confession (adesanāgāminī); it is done for an offence already confessed.
