[520] Bhikkhus, here again, a bhikkhu commits several saṅghādisesa offenses (āpatti): some offenses he remembers, some offenses he does not remember; those offenses that he remembers, he conceals; those offenses that he does not remember, he does not conceal. He disrobes, and, being ordained (upasampanna) again, those offenses which formerly, remembering, he concealed, he does not conceal later on remembering them; and those offenses which formerly, not remembering, he did not conceal, he does not conceal later on remembering them. Bhikkhus, having given that bhikkhu probation (parivāsa) for the earlier mass of offenses (āpattikkhandha) according as it was concealed, mānatta should be given.
