[75] Bhikkhus, a bhikkhu against whom an act of subordination (niyassakamma) has been carried out should conduct himself properly. This is the proper conduct in that case: he should not give the full ordination (upasampadā); he should not give dependence (nissaya); he should not have a novice (sāmaṇera) attend upon him; he should not accept agreement (sammati) as an exhorter of bhikkhunīs; even if agreed upon, he should not exhort bhikkhunīs; he should not commit the offence (āpatti) for which the act of subordination was carried out by the Saṅgha, nor another of a similar kind, nor one worse than it; he should not criticize the act; he should not criticize those who carried out the act; he should not suspend the uposatha of a regular bhikkhu; he should not suspend the pavāraṇā; he should not issue a directive (savacanīya); he should not initiate a censure (anuvāda); he should not have leave (okāsa) granted; he should not reprove; he should not remind; and he should not set bhikkhus against bhikkhus.
