[551] Now at that time, bhikkhus, having accepted the exhortation (ovāda), did not bring back word of it. … They reported this matter to the Blessed One. "Bhikkhus, the exhortation must not fail to be brought back; whoever should not bring back word of it commits an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa)."
