[564] "Where was the pācittiya laid down for one who, having unstitched, or having caused to be unstitched, a bhikkhunī's robe, neither has it sewn [again] nor makes an effort to have it sewn?"
"It was laid down at Sāvatthī."
"Concerning whom?"
"Concerning the bhikkhunī Thullanandā."
"Regarding what matter?"
"Regarding the matter that the bhikkhunī Thullanandā, having caused a bhikkhunī's robe to be unstitched, neither sewed it nor made an effort to have it sewn."
There is one laying down (paññatti). Of the six originations of offences, it arises through one origination (as in the Dhuranikkhepa rule).
