[579] "For (a bhikkhunī) who goes wandering on tour outside the realm (tiroraṭṭhe), in a region agreed to be risky and dangerous, without a caravan (asatthikā) — where was the pācittiya laid down?" — "It was laid down at Sāvatthī." — "Concerning whom?" — "Concerning several bhikkhunīs." — "On account of what matter?" — "On the matter that several bhikkhunīs went wandering on tour outside the realm, in a region agreed to be risky and dangerous, without a caravan." There is one laying down (paññatti). Of the six origins of offenses, it arises through two origins. (As in the Eḷakaloma rule.)
