[790] "Where was the pārājika laid down on account of concealing a fault (vajjapaṭicchādana)?" — "It was laid down at Sāvatthī." — "Concerning whom?" — "Concerning the bhikkhunī Thullanandā." — "In regard to what matter?" — "In the matter of the bhikkhunī Thullanandā, knowing that a bhikkhunī had committed an act entailing pārājika, neither reproving her herself nor informing the group." There is one laying down (paññatti). Of the six originations of offenses (āpatti-samuṭṭhāna), it arises through one origination (as in Dhuranikkhepa).
