[84] Therein, bhikkhus, as for those ascetics and brahmins who hold that there is life after death without perception, and who declare on eight grounds that the self is non-percipient after death (uddhamāghātanā asaññī) — that they should experience anything apart from contact (phassa): such a thing is impossible.
