[168] Now at that time a certain bhikkhu, with a mind of theft (theyyacitta), took away the Saṅgha's water … took away the Saṅgha's clay with a mind of theft … took away the Saṅgha's muñja grass with a mind of theft. He was remorseful … "Bhikkhu, you have committed an offense of pārājika." Now at that time a certain bhikkhu, with a mind of theft, burned the Saṅgha's muñja grass. He was remorseful … "Bhikkhu, there is no offense of pārājika; there is an offense of dukkaṭa."
