[459] A man sends a bhikkhu: "Go, venerable sir, tell the woman of such-and-such a name who is protected by her father (piturakkhitā)…" — …tell the one protected by her mother and father… — …tell the one protected by her brother… — …tell the one protected by her sister… — …tell the one protected by her relatives… — …tell the one protected by her clan… — …tell the one protected by the Dhamma… — …tell the one who is guarded (sārakkhā)… — …tell the one subject to punishment (saparidaṇḍā): "'It is said: be the wife of the man of such-and-such a name — one bought with money (dhanakkītā).'" He accepts, he inquires, he brings back the reply: an offense of saṅghādisesa.

He accepts, he inquires, he brings back the reply: an offense of saṅghādisesa.
