[480] A woman protected by her mother sends a bhikkhu, saying: "Go, venerable sir, say to the man of such-and-such a name: 'I will be the wife of the man of such-and-such a name — both a wife dwelling with him by her own desire (chandavāsinī) and a wife dwelling with him for the sake of wealth (bhogavāsinī)' … 'both a wife dwelling with him by her own desire and a temporary wife (muhuttikā)'; 'both a wife dwelling with him by her own desire and a wife bought with money (dhanakkītā).'" He accepts, carries out the errand, and reports back: an offence of saṅghādisesa.
