Vinayapiṭaka · Bhikkhu Vibhaṅga (1) · Vol. 1 · Section 484

[484] A woman protected by a penalty (saparidaṇḍā) sends a bhikkhu (bhikkhu): "Go, venerable sir, say to the man of such-and-such a name: 'I will be the wife of the man of such-and-such a name — both a wife bought with money (dhanakkītā) and one living with him by her own choice (chandavāsinī)' … 'both a wife bought with money and a momentary wife (muhuttikā).'" He accepts the errand, finds out her wishes, and brings back the reply: an offence of saṅghādisesa. The Section-Wheel (khaṇḍacakka).
