[650] …[if that female lay follower whose word can be trusted] should speak with reference to one of two matters — either a saṅghādisesa or a pācittiya — the bhikkhu (bhikkhu), acknowledging the sitting, should be made to be dealt with according to one of two matters: either a saṅghādisesa or a pācittiya; or else that bhikkhu should be made to be dealt with according to that matter of which that female lay follower (upāsikā) whose word can be trusted speaks.
