[651] If that laywoman should speak thus: "The master was seen by me sitting, engaging in bodily contact with a woman" — if he acknowledges that, he should be dealt with according to the offence.
If that laywoman should speak thus: "The master was seen by me sitting, engaging in bodily contact with a woman" — if he should speak thus: "It is true that I was sitting, but I was not engaging in bodily contact" — he should be dealt with for the sitting.
If that laywoman should speak thus: "The master was seen by me sitting, engaging in bodily contact with a woman" — if he should speak thus: "I was not sitting; rather, I was lying down" — he should be dealt with for the lying down.
If that laywoman should speak thus: "The master was seen by me sitting, engaging in bodily contact with a woman" — if he should speak thus: "I was not sitting; rather, I was standing" — he should not be dealt with.
