[220] One who is fully ordained (upasampanna), desiring to abuse, desiring to disparage, desiring to humiliate one who is fully ordained, addresses one possessed of what is superior in terms of what is superior — he says to one afflicted with diabetes (madhumehika), "You are a diabetic": there is an offence of pācittiya for each utterance.
